Harsh Sharma is a highly motivated student currently pursuing his Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with a specialization in Data Science at VIT, Vellore. Harsh has gained valuable experience as a Software Engineer Intern at readyly, where he worked on an efficient Ticket Management Software that provides an organization's customer support team insights about team performance and customer details to streamline customer query solving. He also implemented machine learning models to predict agent performance and identify exceptional employees for turnover or appraisal. Prior to his internship, Harsh served as a Core Committee Member at Youth Red Cross, VIT, and as a Senior Core Committee Member at SIAM VIT. In these positions, he demonstrated excellent leadership and organizational skills, and contributed to the success of various events and initiatives. Harsh's education history includes pursuing a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from VIT, with an expected graduation date of December 2023. He has also developed a strong tech stack, including skills in Software Engineering, Machine Learning, and Data Science.
