Harsh Shukla is a seasoned engineering manager and mentor with over 16 years of experience in product delivery/management, technical leadership, and system design concepts. He is currently leading an engineering team of 10+ developers at Emerson, where he works with a range of tools and technologies, including Angular, D3, Nest JS, Node JS, C#, .Net Core, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, Neo4j, Postgres, Mongo DB, SQL Server Databases, SSRS, Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence, Docker, Kubernetes, Azure and AWS Cloud providers, and more. In his current role as a software engineering manager and scrum master at Emerson, Harsh is responsible for managing the DeltaV Predictive Maintenance product. He also has extensive experience as an assistant technical manager, where he managed Emerson PMO project engineering and project management products from conceptualization to rollouts, mentoring and ramping up engineering talents, and identifying and coordinating non-functional requirements. Harsh has also worked as a senior engineering manager at BigStep Technologies, where he led the product integrations engineering team for VTS Rise product. Harsh holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Engineering from Saurashtra University and has completed his 12th and 10th from PPG Experimental High School and Lion's High School, respectively. He has a diverse tech stack that includes senior software engineer, Azure, SQL, AWS, NodeJS, Neo4j, CI/CD, DevOps, dotNET, product manager, Kubernetes, Docker, ASP.NET, MongoDB, Postgres, and AngularJS.
