Harsha Vardhan Bandi is a highly skilled Senior Application Engineer at Oracle with over 3 years of experience in the software engineering industry. Currently, Harsha is a part of the Onboarding and HCM Data Loader teams as a Senior Applications Engineer for Oracle Fusion's Human Capital Management application. He has been actively involved in new enhancements that include implementation of data security, checklist properties, event-based allocation of checklists, scheduling new ESS processes for mass allocation of checklists. Harsha has worked closely with the development, testing, and support teams to design, develop, and deliver robust solutions to meet customer requirements. Before joining Oracle, Harsha worked as a Teaching Assistant for Differential Equations and Principles of Information Security courses at the International Institute of Information Technology. He assisted professors in teaching, conducting quizzes, evaluating assignments, and grading courses for undergraduate students. He also worked as a Software Intern at Levadata, where he designed the architecture of a JAVA application for automating the testing of the company's internal APIs, which helped improve the efficiency of the QA team to test the application before production. Harsha's educational background includes a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science from IIIT Hyderabad. His technical skills include Java, C, test, MySQL, Software Engineer, SQL, Sentiment Analysis, and QA. With 4.86 years of relevant experience, Harsha is a highly motivated and skilled professional who is always eager to learn new things and take on new challenges.
