Before joining Matchday.ai, he worked as a Product Manager at IIIT Hyderabad, where he was responsible for managing the product lifecycle from ideation to launch. He has also pursued an MBA from Babson College, where he developed a strong foundation in business management and entrepreneurship. Apart from his work at Matchday.ai and IIIT-H, Harsha manages IIIT's NIDHI EIR program, a startup incubator program that offers entrepreneurs a monthly grant of Rs 30,000 as well as acceleration and technology support. He is passionate about supporting early-stage entrepreneurs and offers various support programs to help them succeed. Harsha's technical expertise includes AI, research scientist, ML, and product management. He has a strong educational background, having completed his Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology and his high school education from Hyderabad Public School and Narayana Junior College.
