Harsha is a seasoned software development architect with over 7 years of experience building large-scale platforms and web applications. He has a strong ability to solve complex problems with simple yet elegant solutions. Harsha has a proven track record of building products from scratch by working closely with teams across UX, UI, Mobile, Data Science, and Operations. Currently, Harsha is a Senior Software Engineer and Architect at Uber, where he is responsible for building and managing U4B Platforms. He is also a speaker at Uber's Engineering Summit 2022. Prior to Uber, Harsha worked at PayPal as a Software Development Engineer 3, where he honed his skills in software development. Harsha holds an Msc(Tech) degree in Information Systems from BITS Goa and a High School degree from Sri Chaitanya IIT Academy and Century High School, Khammam. He has a diverse technical skillset that includes expertise in Python, Java, Web, Data Science, Mobile, UI, Search, PHP, Information Retrieval, and MySQL. Harsha is passionate about mentoring and has been actively involved in mentoring aspiring software developers. He is always eager to share his knowledge and experience with others.
