Harsha Chaudhary is an accomplished Lead Software Engineer with over 10 years of experience in the information technology and services industry. Currently working at boclips, Harsha has previously held the position of Senior Software Engineer at the same company. Prior to that, Harsha worked as a Senior Member of Technical Staff at VMware where she was responsible for delivering a ‘K8s native’ experience for discovery, provisioning, and typical lifecycle management of services on Kubernetes. Harsha is a skilled coach with expertise in web applications, Agile methodologies, test-driven development, and Representational State Transfer (REST). She is proficient in Golang, Kubernetes, and has experience in research and integration. Harsha is a BE graduate in Information Technology from Cummins College of Engineering. Apart from her technical skills, Harsha is also a strong consulting professional with experience in leading organization health initiatives. She has played a crucial role in employee engagement and D&I aspects, gathering data to measure the current state of the world, analyzing it, and working with the team to improve the areas of concern.
