At SAP, he served as a direct voice to the President and executive leadership for feedback on all customer engagements to drive improvement in technical and functional product architecture. He also developed a client-ready portfolio of different SAP assets based on a value-based delivery model for SAP MaxAttention as part of the premium support offering (Preferred Care) and collaborated with customers on a holistic integration strategy using SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Service), PI/PO, and Ariba solutions. Harsha holds a Master of Technology degree in IT from the International Institute of Information Technology Bangalore and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from R. V. College of Engineering, Bangalore. He is skilled in Senior Software Engineering, AWS, Microservices, Azure, infra, and integration.
