Harsha is currently working as a Software Engineering Manager - 2 at PayPal, where he is managing the RISK Tokenization team in BLR and handling multiple initiatives, products, and teams involving RISK, AI/ML, BigQuery, Looker, and Backend Java. He has built a strong team from scratch and is responsible for managing two products, RISK, Scam Management, and Honey-voucher RISK. At Exotel, Harsha headed the Partner and System Integrations, where he created custom-made solutions for various startups, heading a high-performing team. He was responsible for hiring and mentoring engineers and owning the entire Tech Roadmap for multiple products.
