He is an expert in building, leading, and growing talented teams, continuously improving engineering practices, and techno-functional expertise in enterprise architecture, cloud development, data platform, and technology transformation. Harsha has 15+ years of experience in the full software development life cycle in scoping, architecting, designing, developing, and supporting enterprise and consumer-scale products/applications using agile and waterfall methodologies. Harsha has domain expertise in US Healthcare, Price Benchmarking, Banking, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). He is determined to shape the future of growing businesses and start-ups through his ability to adapt, learn, and motivate. Currently, Harsha works as a Director, Global Product Organization at Huron, where he leads the global software development and delivery team. He has previously worked at Huron as a Sr Manager Product Development & Delivery and Solutions Architect. Harsha has an educational background that includes a PG Diploma in Data Science from iiit Bangalore and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Science and Engineering from M S Ramaiah Institute of Technology, Bangalore. He also holds a Pre-University degree in Science from MM Arts and Science College Sirsi, UK, Karnataka, India, and a PUC degree in Science from MM Arts and Science College Sirsi. Harsha completed his 10th grade from VVNL High School Jog Falls, Shimoga. Harsha's tech stack includes Software Engineer and Senior Software Engineer.
