Harshad Bhandwaldar is an Infrastructure and Cloud Engineer, AI/ML Engineer, and Software Developer with over 7 years of relevant experience. He is currently working as a Software Development Engineer at 4th-IR, where he is involved in developing state-of-the-art products that make AI accessible for everyone. He has gained proficiency in problem-solving, bug fixing, research and development, communication, and end-user training during his professional experience in various verticals of the B2B-B2C SaaS industry. Harshad grew up in India's west-central regions, and as technology advanced, he became more interested in learning about the evolution of computer science. He pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science at Binghamton University in New York, where he intends to broaden his knowledge with core courses in Operating Systems, Computer Organization & Architecture, and Design and Analysis of Algorithms, along with major courses such as Cloud Computing and Database Systems. Harshad has worked as a Software Development Engineer Intern at 4th-IR, where he exposed optimized AI/ML models built with Flask, Tensorflow, Pytorch, Spicy, and Numpy packages. He also used Git workflow for deployment in Docker and Kubernetes and identified and exposed REST API to third-party software platforms. He has also worked as a Research Project Assistant at The Research Foundation for SUNY, where he configured, deployed, and supported research projects and developed and troubleshooted oracle bugs. Harshad holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University. He also has an Engineer's Degree in Polytechnic in Computer Technology from Maharashtra Institute of Technology.
