Harshad Harsoda is a driven and innovative Founder at Userology, with a mission to shape the user research industry and help startups build user-centric products the right way. With a relevant experience of 4.19 years, Harshad has a strong background in DevOps, software engineering, and research science. Prior to founding Userology, Harshad worked as a Software Engineer at LogicHub, where he was on a mission to reshape the cybersecurity landscape through the confluence of security intelligence and automation. He built a 10x faster datalake than competitors, improved content installation flow to speed up installation time by 10x, built in-house tools to streamline DevOps efforts, and built an event-based notification system. He also built an alerting feature to improve threat hunting for security analysts and set up platform monitoring and DevOps processes. Harshad also worked as a Software Engineer Intern at Amazon, where he was part of the India AdTech team. He built a feature to show competitive analysis on Amazon Pi, improved database and application security using IAM temporary credentials to clear internal security audits, and built an onboarding tool to easily onboard brands onto Amazon Pi. Harshad holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Information Technology from Nirma University, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. He is skilled in DevOps, software engineering, and research science, and has a strong passion for shaping the user research industry.
