Harshal Kapure is an experienced Software Engineer with a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Computer Science from Amity University, Gwalior. He is currently working as an SDE at Tech Mahindra, where he is engaged in building SDKs and APIs for NETGEAR Inc. using Java Spring Framework in the backend. He has a strong background in Java 8, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST, MySQL, and MongoDB. Harshal is interested in coding and problem-solving, and he firmly believes that hard work and dedication are the only ways to achieve success. He is extremely motivated to constantly develop his skills and grow professionally. He is confident in his ability to come up with interesting ideas for challenging tasks. Harshal has a range of skills that make him an asset to any organization. He is a team player, has excellent decision-making skills, and is a natural leader. He has completed all tasks given to him before the deadline by working part-time. He received the Best Trainee Award during his Internship because he gave many new ideas to achieve goals. Harshal has also been a leader of the Student Community at his College, a Gold Medalist in Debate Competition at School, the Most Curious Student of the Year at School, and the Captain of the House in the School because of his Leadership Skills.
