Harshal Shirude is a seasoned Principal Software Engineer with almost 7 years of experience in Java, Spring, MySQL, and some NoSQLs like MongoDB, Redis, etc. He has also worked on some open-source tools and technologies like Kafka, Apache Storm, etc. Harshal is currently working at PubMatic, where he is responsible for developing the backend of the software. Before joining PubMatic, Harshal worked as a Software Engineer at Khoros, where he developed software using Java, Spring, and MySQL. He was also responsible for designing and implementing new features for the software. Prior to that, he worked as a Software Engineer at Myntra, where he was part of the Warehouse Management System team. Here, he took care of Myntra Marketplace related projects, including new External Seller Integration, third-party systems like Unicommerce API integration, etc. Harshal completed his Master of Computer Science (M.Sc.) from the University of Pune in 2014. During his studies, he gained expertise in Computer Science and developed skills in various technologies. He is proficient in Software Engineering, Backend development, Apache Storm, Redis, Java, MySQL, MongoDB, Kafka, Spring, Integration, and other relevant technologies.
