Harshan Rai is a skilled Data Engineer with over 5 years of relevant experience in the field. Currently, he works at Blackstraw.ai as a Data Engineer, where he is responsible for developing and maintaining data pipelines, creating ETL processes, and building data models. He has a strong background in Data Engineering, AI, Spark, Hadoop, and Big Data, along with expertise in Databricks, SQL, Scala, Apache Hive, Java, Kafka, HDFS, Apache Airflow, Python, and Postgres. Before joining Blackstraw.ai, Harshan worked at IBM as a Big Data Engineer, where he was responsible for designing and implementing big data solutions for clients. He also worked at Capgemini as a Senior Analyst, where he developed Hadoop and Spark applications for various clients. Harshan holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Computer Science and Engineering from ABES Engineering College, where he graduated in 2017. He also completed his Intermediate in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics from Mahatma Hansraj Modern School in 2012 and his High School from Blue Bells Public School, Jhansi (UP) in 2010. With his strong technical skills and experience in Data Engineering, Harshan is a valuable asset to any organization.
