He has also been a part of the Leadership Program at Freudenberg, where he worked on transformational and strategic projects across the conglomerate's verticals. Harshavardhan believes that managerial acumen demands adaptability and openness to change, which is why he has consciously built his professional profile for diversity. He has traveled extensively across India and has made travel an integral part of his job since he believes in learning through travel. He is a polyglot with varying proficiency in several languages, both Indian and foreign.
