Harshit is a multi-talented individual with diverse skills in capital markets, engineering, graphics designing, and public speaking. He is an eager and inquisitive learner who believes that a learning curve is essential for growth. He possesses strong analytical skills and is accustomed to making calculated data-driven decisions. He is passionate about designing and has developed an unconscious competency in efficient organization, structuring, and aesthetic formation. Harshit has completed his Master of Business Administration (MBA) and has developed a strong understanding of finance functions. He is highly process-oriented and believes in constant process improvisation, making him capable of building up systems right from scratch. He is a team player who loves working in a team and getting results. However, if need be, he doesn't hesitate to get things done alone. Harshit has worked with various companies, including cbre, where he currently works as an Associate. He has also worked with KPMG as an intern, where he designed a go-to-market strategy for increasing presence in smart cities and smart solution space by identifying and targeting business opportunities worth greater than 1000 Cr. He conducted a benchmarking study to evaluate maturity in smart solutions market space, developed strategies for sourcing smart solution OEMs for strengthening BSNL’s vendor ecosystem, formulated standard operating procedures to reduce turn-around time for participating in tenders, and analyzed market trends for preparing financial bid estimates for tenders valued at INR 200-250 Cr. In addition to his professional work, Harshit is also passionate about photography and travel. He has completed several degrees, including a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Chitkara University, a Nanodegree in Android Basics Developer from Udacity, and several programming courses from Harvey Mudd College and Stanford University. He has also completed his high school education from Guru Gobind Singh Senior Secondary School and his secondary school education from St. Anne's Convent School.
