Harshit Bapna is an engineering leader at Dexterity.ai, with a proven track record of being an early member at three successful startups, all of which were acquired. He is a team builder, product guy at heart, and believes in building highly functional products and teams that delight customers. With extensive experience in building multi-tenant Software As A Service products, Harshit enjoys working with partner teams and driving teams to build awesome experiences for customers. As a founding engineer of the network observability and analytics org at Oracle, Harshit was responsible for hiring across the board, including distributed systems engineers, SREs, SDK devs, and console devs. He has offices in the Bay Area and Seattle and has experience working with a tech stack that includes Apache Kafka, Zookeeper, Flink, Druid, Prometheus, AlertManager, and Grafana. As a software architect at Redlock, Harshit was employee #3 and responsible for backend engineering, data engineering, and ML infrastructure. He has a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University), Varanasi. Harshit's tech stack includes AI, Kafka, Backend, Senior Software Engineer, Data Engineering, ML, and infra. He has 16.70 years of relevant experience and is a cheerleader of the team.
