As an advocate for LGBTQ inclusion in the workplace, Harshit strives to create a more normalized and equal environment rather than one that treats these individuals as having "special needs." He has successfully led campaigns at the university level and has been an integral member of his company's national Pride society. His efforts have been focused on promoting acceptance and diversity within professional settings. Harshit has a penchant for exploring and avid reading, which has helped him excel in numerous quizzes at the state and national level organized by embassies and prominent brands. He also has a knack for writing and a constant curiosity to explore more, which has led him to have a strong passion for crafting written works that can have a meaningful impact on a wider audience. As a diligent and dedicated professional, Harshit has consistently demonstrated excellence in product development. In addition to his technical skills, he has also taken advantage of opportunities to assume leadership roles and utilize his personal interests to engage and inspire others by hosting events and competitions. Currently, Harshit works as an Application Developer II at Citi, where he has been for 2.59 years. Prior to this, he worked as an Application Developer I at Citi and as the Head of Research and Development at IEEE DTU.
