Harshit Gupta is a final year Bachelor's degree student majoring in Computer Science and Communication Engineering from The LNM Institute of Information Technology, set to graduate in 2022. He is currently working as a Strategic Cloud Engineer at Google, where he is part of the Technical Onboarding Centre- Infra Team. Harshit has gained valuable experience in the field, having worked as a Backend Intern at Learn4O and a Web-developer intern at OvalEdge in the past. He is proficient in C++/JAVA and has achieved a good rating in Competitive Programming at various coding platforms like Code forces and CodeChef. Harshit also has experience in web development and is familiar with tech-stack like Sails.js/Node.js/Javascript. At Learn4O, Harshit worked on Node.js, Sails.js, and MongoDB related projects. He designed and implemented the User's Onboarding flow and User Referral System, wrote various custom Backend APIs, and also tested them using Postman. He implemented new features like Google Signup, API for Sending Automated Mails, API for Sending OTP, and authorized routes using policies. In addition, he maintained sessions in Redis server and also implemented Single User from one credential at a time Functionality. He optimized the signup time by using Kue in sails.js and worked on Git's Bitbucket. During his internship at OvalEdge, Harshit worked on JavaScript and Jquery-related projects. He handled various features for the company’s cataloging product and helped solve bugs for the same. He built reusable codes and libraries. Harshit's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Communication Engineering from The LNM Institute of Information Technology, a 12th-grade degree in Science (PCM) from Neehar Meera School, and a 10th-grade degree in Science from St. Fidelis Sr Sec School.
