Harshit Gupta is a Management Consultant with a passion for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and a diverse career journey at ZS Associates. With over 3 years of experience at ZS, he has worked across different practice areas such as Pipeline Product Forecasting, Supply chain demand estimation, Customer Engagement Analytics, and Incentive Compensation Design & Operations. Harshit has worked with pharmaceutical clients across various geographies and has demonstrated strength in effective stakeholder and client management. Currently, Harshit is leading the Reporting based projects for an EU based pharma company functional across multiple geographies. He is also managing the IC operations of 22 countries, with 45+ country BUs, 50 Business stakeholders and a field force size of 500 Sales Representatives. Harshit's specialties include Client and Stakeholder Management, Business strategy and Analytics, Team Leadership, and Team Management. Apart from his consulting work, Harshit has been actively engaged with ZS's Corporate Social Responsibility team. He is leading the academic excellence and career counselling division of one of their CSR Partners, focusing on underserved education. Harshit is also involved with ZS's learning team and has facilitated more than 10 onboarding sessions on Excel, Soft skills, and Communication for new joiners. Before joining ZS, Harshit worked as a technology analyst with Standard Chartered India in the Core banking domain, managing the online payment, Account opening, closing, and Debit card process workflows for Asia Pacific regions. Harshit holds an MBA degree in Business Strategy and Marketing from IIM Lucknow and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from VIT Vellore. He also holds a Higher Secondary Certificate (Intermediate) in Science with Economics from Sir Padampat Singhania Education Center, Kamla Nagar, Kanpur, and an SSC in Science from The Model Intermediate College, Civil Lines, Kanpur.
