Harshit Kumar is a passionate full-stack developer with a strong desire to continuously expand his knowledge and improve his skills. He holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical Engineering from IIT Dhanbad and has 2.27 years of relevant experience in software development. Currently, Harshit works as a Frontend Engineer at Open Financial Technologies where he developed the business Cashflow reports dashboard, integrating it with relevant microservice APIs for seamless data exchange and enhanced user experience. He also implemented Internationalization for enabling Multi-Language support in web app built using Next.js along with inter-nationalized routing and Hindi translation of the landing page. In the past, Harshit worked as a Full Stack Developer at YappM, a SaaS gym management software that helps gym owners manage their members, generate invoices, track expiring memberships, and payments. He utilized the MEAN stack (MongoDB, Expressjs, Angular, and Nodejs) to build a full-stack solution that delivers a seamless user experience for gym owners. He completed the project within 5 months and gained valuable experience in software development and project management. Harshit has also worked as a Developer at Barclays, where he improved user experience by developing the Eagle LGD page interface for Credit Risk UI Application. He enabled smooth credit risk assessment by integrating highly responsive and cross-device compatible data tables for populating parameters such as LGD, EAD, and Collaterals. He also simplified data migration by designing Ab Initio workflows for bulk data Extract, Transform, Load (ETL), replacing the previously used Informatica workflows for the IBM team. Beyond his technical expertise, Harshit is deeply interested in studying philosophy and psychology, which have proven invaluable in enhancing his personal and professional growth. In his spare time, he enjoys indulging his musical side by singing and exploring various genres of music. He is also an avid reader, constantly seeking out books that can broaden his perspectives and help him develop as an individual. His curiosity has also led him to learn about personal finance and investments.
