Harshit Mittal is a seasoned Strategy Consultant with over 6 years of experience in the industry. He is currently working as a Consultant at KPMG, where he is responsible for providing strategic consulting services to clients across various industries. Prior to KPMG, Harshit worked as a Consultant at Tata Strategic Management Group (TSMG), where he played a key role in several projects. He was involved in the e-Small Commercial Vehicle project, which was aimed at assessing the electric mobility space and developing a strategy for the next five years. He also worked on the Electric Vehicles Service Innovation Design project, where he ensured best-in-class service delivery. In addition, Harshit was part of the TML CVBU's Government growth strategy, where he helped grow the business using marketing advocacy pitch aimed at state governments. Before TSMG, Harshit worked as a Manager-Projects & Construction at Reliance Industries Limited Exploration and ProductionEP. Here, he was responsible for project planning and execution of onshore installation work activities in conformance with company approved drawings, work procedures, and project specifications. He also liaised with procurement and logistics departments for monitoring and expediting the delivery of project materials and consumables and supervised fabrication, fit-up, welding, erection, and box-up activities to assure conformance with approved drawings and project specifications. Harshit holds an MBA from XLRI and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Delhi Technological University (formerly DCE). He has a strong background in business management, which he acquired during his MBA program. He also has a solid foundation in mechanical engineering, which he acquired during his undergraduate studies.
