Harshit Paunikar is an experienced team lead in analytics, machine learning, database development, and data analysis. He is a graduate of IIT Madras and holds a postgraduate degree in computer science, specializing in deep learning, from IIIT Bangalore. He has a proven track record of problem-solving, applied research, and consultancy on AI/ML end-to-end product development. Harshit is skilled in leadership, team management, and creating new teams, and is well-versed in the agile software development process, high-level design, requirement, coding, integration, and testing cycle. Harshit's technical expertise includes machine learning, deep learning, computer vision/image processing algorithms, Tensorflow, Keras, OpenCV, Python, Spark, SQL, Java, and IoT product development. He has experience in customer engagement for data collection for advanced analytics, software development, AI, machine learning, MNCs, startups, building/managing teams, and entrepreneurship. Currently, Harshit is working as a team lead at aimsenrich, where he is commercializing Connexion lead management as a product. He is responsible for EOD and SOD process performance analysis, DAU/MAU performance analysis, performing RFM analysis for multiple customer segments, calculating the initial cost of the project, improving the product as per end-user/client business requirements, effective project deployment on the server, managing and administration of the database, creation of ETL pipeline, data cleaning, and data filtering. He has adapted to Agile methodology and ensures deliveries are on time for each sprint. Harshit is also managing a team of four. Harshit has previously worked as an analytics and database developer and a data analyst and machine learning integration specialist at aimsenrich. He has developed a smart automated ETL system for the database, automated personalized emails based on customer behavior, transformed existing data into a useful format for analysis (Data engineering), and maintained data consistency. Harshit's educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from IIT, a post-graduation degree in Computer Science (specializing in Deep Learning) from IIIT Bangalore, and a Business Technology Management specialization from ISB. He has also completed a specialization in Data Structures and Algorithms from the University of California and a certification in Biomedical Research Data Management from Harvard Medical School.
