Harshit Pruthi is a highly motivated and skilled Software Engineer with a passion for Machine Learning. Currently interning as an SDE at Amazon, he has previously worked as a Software Engineer Intern at Twilio where he was responsible for the classification of suspicious emails into Phish/Ham emails. He used clustering algorithms to speed up the process of tagging/labelling the emails and built an ML model on the top of sub-optimal training data that can stop the phishing attacks for the duration until all emails were not tagged. Harshit reduced the human effort and man-hours of the company by 60-70 percent. Apart from his work experience, Harshit has also worked as a Teaching Assistant for the courses Data Structures & Algorithms (CS F211) and Database Systems (CS F212) at Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. He is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and a Master of Science in Economics from the same institute, which speaks volumes about his dedication and commitment to learning. Harshit's tech stack includes Software Engineering and Machine Learning, which he has honed over 1.19 years of relevant experience.
