Harshita Dhingra is a Senior Software Engineer at NoBroker.com with a passion for learning and experimentation. She is an enthusiastic individual who likes to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and tools, and leads by example. Harshita's current focus is on Javascript technologies such as React, Redux, React Native, Typescript, Jest, Node, Firebase, among others. At NoBroker.com, Harshita has played a crucial role in enhancing the user experience by releasing new features and making the transition from app to web seamless. She has developed UI responsive for various platforms using media queries and created all the necessary components, integrated them with backend controllers, and saved them in the redux store for accessibility and manipulation using redux. Harshita has also refactored the entire application to fix the breaking changes that came with updated libraries. She has worked with the team on changing authentication/authorization flow with a hybrid approach using OAuth and cookie management. Additionally, Harshita has contributed to increasing the rating of the app by identifying "trigger points" in the user flow where the user feels a sense of accomplishment of completing certain tasks and redirecting them to play store/app store to rate the app based on their response while they are logged in. Previously, Harshita has worked as a UI and Software Development Engineer at evive, where she was involved in developing UI responsive for various platforms and refactoring the entire application to fix the breaking changes that came with updated libraries. She also holds a Nano Degree in Android Development from Udacity, which she completed in 2016. Harshita completed her schooling from Sri Aurobindo International School in 2013.
