Harshith Srinivas Gear is an accomplished Associate Product Manager at Ola, with a passion for bringing ideas to life. Harshith's past experience includes a Software Development Internship at Visa, where he interned in the Operations and Infrastructure division (O&I). During his internship, he designed a web framework that automates healing and maintenance of servers (VMs) with use-cases like patching, stopping applications, and file transfer between remote machines. He also designed the front-end using AngularJS, performed automation using the BPM tool Activiti, and worked on the back-end in Java using the Spring Framework. He reduced the downtime of applications from 5 hours to 45 minutes and eliminated manual intervention.
