As a Y Combinator (Winter'21 Batch) and Alchemist Accelerator (Class 26) Graduate, Harsimran has honed her skills in headhunting, gender diversity, and talent acquisition. She is currently working as a Talent Partner to the CTO and COO at Nala, where she is responsible for building diverse and inclusive teams that make an impact. Harsimran is passionate about increasing economic opportunity on the African continent and for its diaspora around the world. In her previous roles as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Gerald Technologies, Inc. and an HR Manager at Statusbrew, Harsimran was responsible for a wide range of tasks, including headhunting, campus recruitment, contract negotiations, employee lifecycle management, employee engagement, goal setting, payroll and compliance, and organization development. She has also been involved in community and relationship building, social media management, and hiring resources from outside India. Harsimran holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electronic & Communication Engineering (ECE) from Guru Nanak Dev University. She is a Senior Software Engineer with over 4.36 years of relevant experience.
