Hashik Hariharan is a highly resourceful and flexible individual with a considerable amount of knowledge to get any work done with satisfaction. He is a quick learner who can absorb new ideas and has experience in coordinating, planning, and organizing a wide range of activities. He is well-organized and an excellent team player with a proven ability to work proactively in a complex and busy office environment. With an acute attention to detail, he can work without supervision and has the ability to cope and work under pressure. Hashik is currently working as a Project Intern at National Aerospace Laboratories, where he completed a project on thermoplastic composite joining. He has also worked as an Analyst Content Programmer and Content Programmer at ansrsource, where he developed algorithmic technical content and underwent on-site training in client-specific programming language. He also developed self-assessing learning material for students in the subjects of Mechanical Engineering and edited and carried out proofreading for the client, McGraw Hill Publications. Hashik holds a Master of Technology degree in Manufacturing Science and Engineering from B. M. S. College of Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Gopalan College of Engineering & Management, Bangalore. He has also completed his primary schooling from Kendriya Vidyalaya. With relevant experience of 5.61 years, Hashik has good written and verbal communication skills and is able to work as part of a team. He has a patient outlook and the ability to multitask and manage conflicting demands. He is an innovative and enthusiastic individual who can contribute positively to any team he is a part of.
