Heena Patel is a highly skilled Network Engineer with over 10 years of experience in the industry. Currently working at Barclays, she has a strong technical background in Security, Routing and Switching, Windows Servers, and basic knowledge of Linux. Heena has worked on multiple devices such as Cisco and Juniper (Routers and switches) and has experience managing relationships with vendors and other stakeholders. With her previous experience as an operations manager at the vendor side and a vendor manager as a customer, Heena has a unique perspective and understands the expectations and thought processes of both sides. She ensures that all deliverables from offshore are as per quality guidelines and leads vendor teams to manage delivery and adherence to defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Heena also conducts and leads RCAs for deviations and identifies preventive and corrective actions. Heena is responsible for coordinating with stakeholders, business, and IT teams (onsite and offshore) and acts as the immediate escalation point for all customers, stakeholders, and IT Management for the services provided. She has hands-on experience in Data Center solution and infrastructure roles and has engaged with Data Centre for issue follow-up and resolution. Prior to her current role, Heena worked at Infosys as a Technical Operations Specialist and at Ericsson India Global Service Pvt Ltd as a Packet Core Engineer. She holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Rajasthan College of Engineering for Women, Jaipur. Heena's technical expertise and experience in managing relationships and coordinating with stakeholders make her a valuable asset to any organization.
