Helen Foo is a highly experienced product management professional with over 23 years of relevant experience in the technology industry. Currently, she serves as the Vice President of Product Management at Riviera Partners, where she is responsible for helping people and companies reach their full potential. She is also actively involved in hiring for various roles at Riviera Partners. Prior to joining Riviera Partners, Helen worked as an independent consultant, where she served as a product advisor, operating partner, and investor to leading-edge technology start-ups and early-stage VC firms. She leveraged nearly two decades of experience to advise on topics ranging from fundraising, partnership, go-to-market and product strategy, to sales and marketing, customer success, and IP acquisition. Her select engagements in Singapore and the San Francisco Bay Area include Finaxar, Hemi Ventures, Nubix.io, Catalyte.io, TRM Labs, and Moka Metrics. Helen has also worked as an Operating Advisor and Venture Partner at Monk's Hill Ventures, where she expanded deal sourcing and due diligence capabilities and delivered strategic investment insights into U.S., China, and Southeast Asia market trends. She advised founders on business, go-to-market, and product strategy, as well as funding, talent acquisition, and partnerships related to companies leveraging blockchain, big data, and artificial intelligence. Her mentorship spans SPH Plug & Play, UOB Finlab, and FinTech Startupbootcamp Singapore. Helen holds a Master of Engineering in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), where she also completed Executive Management coursework on Developing and Managing a Successful Product Strategy. She also earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science from MIT.
