Currently working at Optum as a Software Engineer, Hemant has over 7 years of relevant experience in the industry. Hemant's skills and knowledge in RPA have enabled him to develop and test automation solutions that have helped organizations streamline their processes and improve efficiency. He is well-versed in various RPA tools and technologies, including UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and Blue Prism. Prior to joining Optum, Hemant worked as an Associate at TCS, where he was responsible for handling a team of 5 associates in the Travel & Entertainment team. He was also actively involved in testing Usource & I-supplier products of the company, preparing daily, weekly, and monthly decks of the team, and preparing the aging report of the process. Hemant's experience in vendor management, invoice processing, wire processing, and cargo custom invoicing has given him a diverse skill set that he brings to his current role. Hemant holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree from Pillai's College of ART, COMMERCE & SCIENCE, which he completed in 2014. He has also gained expertise in software engineering, QA, and testing.
