Hemant Gupta is an experienced engineering leader with a passion for building and leading highly performant teams. He is currently serving as the AVP of Engineering at CoinDCX, where he is tasked with building Okto DeFi Wallet, Cold-Custody, and other wallet solutions. Hemant has over 15 years of relevant experience in the tech industry. Prior to joining CoinDCX, Hemant was the Director of Engineering at Cars24 Australia, where he built the products and teams from scratch. He was also responsible for leading a large group that built Content Services for the Lodging platform in Sabre. The platform integrated GDS lodging content with other aggregators like Booking.com, Bedsonline, and Expedia. Hemant holds a B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering from IIT(ISM) Dhanbad. He has a strong technical background and is skilled in Web3, DeFi, Senior Software Engineering, SDET, Spring, UI, ReactJS, React Native, and other technologies. Hemant is a driven and results-oriented professional who is committed to delivering high-quality products and services. He is an excellent communicator and collaborator who is able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
