Hemant Kashniyal is a Distributed Systems MLOps Engineer with extensive experience in developing platforms for real-time sensor data processing engines for Autonomous Vehicle's Map creation. With over 11 years of relevant experience, Hemant has worked his way up the technology stack from Driver Development for iSCSI storage devices to Firmware Development, High-Performance IO systems, and Microservices platforms. Hemant's expertise in GStreamer, WebRTC, GRPC, Stream Processing, Go, C++, C, Python, and NodeJS has allowed him to branch out into computer vision AI/ML platform development for various use cases. He has a strong reputation for consistently delivering results that meet or exceed expectations and prioritizes delivery speed and maintainability for the platforms he works on. Currently working as a Lead Engineer at fluxon, Hemant is leading the development of a high-scale WebRTC media delivery platform and a crypto-based Daily Fantasy Sports app. In his previous role as Lead Software Engineer, AI-ML CoE at jio, Hemant worked on the creation of Jio AI's Vision Platform backend by designing and developing ML applications with high-performance stream processing. He also designed model management and model inference pipeline for various vision use cases and created an API exchange for various ML use cases. Hemant's experience at civil maps as a Software Engineer involved working on onboard embedded sensor data processing engine for autonomous vehicle localization unit, scalable sensor data processing engine for autonomous vehicles, and development of homegrown Workflow Platform for processing of Map-Reduce kind of applications. Hemant holds an MTech in Information Systems from NSIT and a BTech in Information Technology from Graphic Era Hill University. He completed his schooling from Kendriya Vidyalaya, Pithoragarh, and Kendriya Vidyalaya No. 2, Banbassa. Hemant's tech stack includes Senior Software Engineer, AI, NodeJS, Python, ML, Computer Vision, Software Engineer, Microservices, and Backend.
