Hemant Mehta is an accomplished AI engineer and former Scientist at ISRO with a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Bombay. He is passionate about science and new technologies and has worked on several projects that showcase his expertise in the field. Hemant has experience working on projects such as Mahindra's self-driving car challenge and the development of path planning solutions for drone-delivery systems. Hemant is a natural leader and has led a team of 25+ people to build a working prototype of a mars rover for the University Rover Challenge in Utah, USA. The prototype was later presented in front of the Hon'ble Prime Minister of India. Hemant's experience in leading teams and developing complex solutions has led him to co-found a stealth startup where he is currently working as a Co-Founder. Before his current role, Hemant worked as a Computer Vision System Engineer at Nebulaa Innovations and as a Scientist at ISRO. During his time at ISRO, Hemant developed a design software using Tkinter Python to automate ejector-diffuser geometry calculations and CAD model generation. He also coordinated discussions between ISRO and BITS Pilani for the development of a robotic system for nozzle closure bonding. Hemant's education background includes a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Bombay, where he also earned a Minor degree in Engineering Physics. He is skilled in a variety of technologies, including AI, Research Scientist, Computer Vision, SQL, Python, ML, Java, Tensorflow, Neural Networks, GAN, Deep Learning, Scikit, product manager, Javascript, Pandas, Flask, Pytorch, and Web. With 3.87 years of relevant experience, Hemant is a seasoned AI engineer with a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions.
