Hemant Neopaney is an experienced education consultant with a demonstrated history of working in the higher education industry. He is currently working as a Manager at 9.9 Group, where he is responsible for setting up world-class education institutions in India. Hemant is working directly with the leadership team of 9.9 to formulate project execution milestones, strategy, and timelines. He is also liaising with the marketing, outreach, infrastructure, finance, academic research, and operations teams to ensure a successful launch of a world-class liberal studies university in Chennai. Before joining 9.9 Group, Hemant was part of the founding team at Daksha Fellowship, where he created and executed an end-to-end strategy resulting in the successful launch of India's first postgraduate legal fellowship, a flagship program for a greenfield university. He also worked as a Senior Associate at TechnoServe, where he enhanced the livelihood of 7500 households in Bikaner, Rajasthan. Hemant supervised a team of 15+ people to manage the overall operations and business of Farmer Producer Organization (FPO), generated INR 4 Cr+ revenue, and raised INR 10 lakhs+ share capital. He authored elaborate reports, case studies, decks, proposals, and concept notes for prospective donors. Hemant holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Liberal Arts from Ashoka University, where he completed the Young India Fellowship program in 2017. He also has a Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering from Sikkim Manipal University of Health, Medical, and Technological Sciences, and a Senior Secondary degree in Science from Kendriya Vidyalaya. With 6.10 years of relevant experience, Hemant's areas of expertise include research, science, and infrastructure. He is a research scientist with a keen interest in enhancing the education sector in India.
