Hemant Pansare is a seasoned data science professional with over 9 years of experience in the field. He holds an MBA from IIT Bombay and has mentored more than 80 learners in the Analytics and Data Science domain. Hemant is currently working as an Associate Director - Analytics at Khatabook, where he leads the Customer Experience Analytics, Diagnostics Analytics, and Supply Chain Analytics verticals to improve customer experience and reduce costs. Hemant has rich experience in multiple stakeholder management, project management, and people management. He has worked with CXOs of companies to understand their most critical business problems and worked with them to create long-term solutions. Hemant is proficient in Python, R, SQL, and well-versed in machine learning techniques like XGBoost, Random Forest, LightFm, Hierarchical Logistic Regression, Linear Regression, Hierarchical and K-Means clustering. He has consistently led teams to success and is comfortable influencing and directing people. Hemant has worked with companies like Pharmeasy and Mahindra Group before joining Khatabook. At Pharmeasy, he optimized locations of the Fulfilment centers to reduce delivery cost and time, created an incentive structure for warehouse employees to increase their retention and efficiency, and predicted manpower requirements for call center and Doctor Program.
