Hemanth Krishna Paidipalli is a driven Software Development Engineer at Amazon, with a passion for engineering and data science. He received his bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Amrita University in 2018. Hemanth has experience working as a Data Analyst at Yada Data Studios, where he assisted the YoYaDa data science team in exploring user data to identify opportunities for an analytical solution and business strategy development. He used his experience and critical thinking approach with analytics tools and scientific rigor to create new features for the YoYaDa app. Hemanth also built machine learning solutions to address critical business needs, collaborated with Data Scientists and Engineers to deploy and test solutions to a production environment, and communicated key results to senior management in verbal, visual, and written media. As part of his part-time job at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, Hemanth works as a student IT support staff, where he installs, configures, upgrades, and troubleshoots desktop systems, workstations, service, network, and operating and other software devices. He also establishes and maintains passwords, data integrity, and file system security in a heterogeneous desktop environment, identifies, modifies, tests, and applies patches, upgrades, and other software for automated distribution to the organization's computers. Hemanth customizes and configures software applications based upon user needs, monitors desktop usage, tracks user requests and incident reports, and provides timely resolution of problems or escalates issues to the next tier of support as appropriate. He also provides assistance with administration of incident tracking software, conducts training programs to educate the organization's computer users about basic and specialized applications, and participates in or manages the development of IT and infrastructure projects.
