Currently serving as the Senior Technical Product Manager at Airtel Africa, Hemanth is passionate about technology and innovation and has a proven track record of launching products that satisfy customer needs and create tangible impact. Prior to his current role, Hemanth served as the Principal Product Manager at G4S, where he worked closely with the IT Director on Global product (order-to-cash) - Javelin, covering Contract Management, Employee Scheduling, Time and Attendance, Payroll, and Billing modules to support core operations of the business. He successfully drove the deployment of Javelin, collaborating across teams such as Oracle, SAP, Development, Operations, and achieved Go-live in Ireland and UK on time, within budget, and with the highest quality. At G4S, Hemanth also served as the Product Owner for E-Viper, a track and trace Cash In Transit solution with integrated route planning, employee/vehicle scheduling, and improved the routing accuracy by 20% with Google routing optimization. He also designed and built a Mobile app (Android) for Patrol and Response business that helps the users to conduct site tours, complete assigned tasks, track activity, and report incidents in real-time. Hemanth has also worked as a Product Manager at Ameyo, where he managed the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities. He developed, measured, and tracked Return on Investments (ROI) of products and ensured a market-driven and well-thought-out product offering, including pricing, placement, and promotion. At Ameyo, Hemanth also conducted Market research and meetings with customers/prospects to understand the market need in coordination with sales teams. Hemanth holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Aerospace Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and a PGDM in Finance, Marketing & Analytics from the Indian Institute of Management, Ranchi.
