Hemanth Varra is a highly experienced systems architect with over 12 years of experience in the design, development, and maintenance of various telecom and network products. He has led teams in the design, development, and support of various applications, features, and network product software for telecom operators across different geographies. Hemanth is proficient in programming in C++/C using data structures, algorithms on various Linux, Solaris platforms. He is responsible for the Rating & Balance module deliverables to the customer and coordinating with them. Hemanth is involved in leading the design, development, bug-fixing, UAT/IAT support, site support, Documentation, inter module support, and act as an interface to the client. He trains and builds the team to handle any issues from the system test/customer efficiently and is responsible for quality deliverables, managing CI, and other quality aspects. Previously, Hemanth has worked as a Technical Project Leader and Senior Software Engineer at Huawei, where he was involved in requirements analysis, design, and development of various telecom and network products. He has experience in handling customer queries, support quality team, documentation, inter module support, and acted as an interface to the client. Hemanth has also been responsible for conducting case study trainings and feature discussions to the newer members and making them responsible for the quality version releases.
