Hemdeep Singh is a seasoned HR professional with over 13 years of experience, currently serving as a member of the Chairman's Taskforce/ CHRO's Office at Reliance Industries. In his current role, Hemdeep is responsible for driving HR transformation across different business divisions and assisting the CHRO in defining the people priorities for the Oil to Chemicals transformation agenda. Hemdeep has previously worked for BIG 4 consulting firms like Deloitte and Accenture, where he focused on HR Transformation, HR Operating Model and Annual Planning, Organization Change Management, Organization Design & Operating Model, Training Needs Assessment, Workforce planning, and HR analytics. He is proficient in visualization platforms like Tableau and Microsoft Excel Power View. At Reliance Industries, Hemdeep has been instrumental in designing and operationalizing user-friendly plans and programs that support a “best place to work environment” and maximizes employee engagement. He facilitates organizational change by being the "Voice of Business" to people projects and initiatives. Hemdeep has also supported the CHRO in providing strategic advice to the HR Leadership Team in delivering RIL’s people agenda. Hemdeep holds a Master's degree in Human Resource & Organizational Development from Delhi School of Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from KJ Somaiya College of Engineering. He has also completed his 11th and 12th from KC College and his schooling from Smt Sulochanadevi Singhania High School, Thane.
