Hemendra Singh is a seasoned Senior Technical Program Manager with over 15 years of experience in IT software development, business analysis, product management, and program management. He is currently working at Paytm as a Senior Technical Program Manager, responsible for program management for Promotions, Cashback, storefront, and Cart verticals. Before joining Paytm, Hemendra worked at MakeMyTrip as a Senior Technical Program Manager, where he project-managed complex cross-team initiatives within Engineering and Product teams. He interfaced with engineering managers to estimate work efforts, defined milestones, and managed resources. He also tracked progress, understood dependencies, evaluated risks, and communicated status to upper management and project stakeholders. Hemendra proactively removed obstacles to drive momentum and progress, managed issue escalations, and provided support to teams balancing competing priorities. He held prioritization, sprint planning, and Daily scrum meets. Hemendra also understood technical implementation and proposed technical alternatives.
