Hemendra Singh is a seasoned technologist, cloud specialist, SRE, leader, and trainer with over 12 years of experience in developing and managing highly available, scalable enterprise cloud applications and technical teams. He is a certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®), SAFe® 5 Agilist, and experienced mentor with hands-on experience in leading and managing development, operations, cloud, DevOps, and SRE teams for product-based companies in Europe and the US, including Fortune 1 company Walmart. Hemendra has expertise in various languages and scripting, including C#, Python, PowerShell, and Bash, and client-server technologies such as ASP.NET MVC/MVC Core, .NET 6, Web API, Flask, jQuery, JavaScript, Bootstrap, HTML, CSS, and React. He is also proficient in cloud platforms such as Azure (Certified) and GCP, DevOps, and SRE tools like Azure DevOps, PagerDuty, VictorOps, OMS, SCOM, Microsoft Monitor, Grafana, GIT, Github, TFS, GCP Cloud Build, and GCP Cloud Deploy. Hemendra has experience in data science and engineering, including NLP, machine learning, and deep learning, and containerization tools such as Docker, Container, Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS), Azure Container Registry (ACR), GKE, and Google Container Registry (GCR). In the past, Hemendra has worked as a Senior Engineering Manager at Apna and Engineering Manager 2, Cloud Platform Engineering at Citrix, where he managed multiple software engineering teams and built several products.
