Herick Asmani is an AI/ Machine Learning Engineer with a passion for exploring the potential of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, Computer Vision, Robotics and Self-Driving Cars. With over 4 years of relevant experience, he has worked on several projects and developed a deep understanding of the field. Currently, Herick is working as an AI Software Developer at Synthetaic where he is responsible for designing and implementing AI-based solutions for various industries. Prior to this, he worked as a Machine Learning Fellow at Fellowship.ai where he gained experience in developing Computer Vision models to identify the causes of children falls at homes with a 95% accuracy rate. He also built an end-to-end video prototype to detect various flaws/damage impacting real estate sales. Additionally, he improved the performance of Platform.ai’s interior design flaws Deep Learning model from 80% to 91%. He has also researched various weakly-supervised object localization techniques such as GradCam, GradCam++, ADL, and DANet to add location to the classification target object. Herick holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Illinois Institute of Technology, where he gained a strong foundation in the field. He also holds a Self Driving Car Engineer Nanodegree and a Deep Learning Nanodegree from Udacity. Prior to this, he completed his Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Dwarkadas J Sanghvi College of Engineering and Higher Secondary Education in Science from Mithibai College. With a strong technical background and experience in AI, ML, Software Engineering, Research Science, Computer Vision, and Deep Learning, Herick is well-equipped to take on challenging projects and deliver innovative solutions. He is always eager to learn and explore new technologies and techniques in the field to enhance his skills and knowledge.
