Het Bhatt is a dynamic and driven individual with a passion for project management and a strong background in mechanical engineering. Currently working as a Summer Intern at FORD Motor Company, Sanand, Het has completed a 2-month internship at the SAEP and has gained valuable experience in quality assurance, inventory optimization, incoming quality, gauging of machining operations, JPH improvement, and tool designing. Prior to his current role, Het has worked as a Project Manager at Cohesion Foundation Trust, where he managed a team of 8 individuals towards achieving organizational goals and was awarded a stipend of INR 50,000 for his performance. He has also worked as a Learning Facilitator at Eduread, where he guided a class of 25 students towards achieving public speaking excellence. Het is a graduate of Nirma University, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, where he earned a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering. He has also completed a Minor degree in Finance from the Institute of Management, Nirma University. Het has pursued several certifications, including Project Management Specialization from Rice University, Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Rutgers University, and Financial Planning and Services and Financial Markets from Elearnmarkets. In addition, Het has completed several other certifications, including Business Strategy from the University of Virginia, Sales Strategy from Faculdade Fipecafi - Fundação Instituto de Pesquisas Contábeis, Atuariais e Financeiras, New Models of Business in Society from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, and Business Negotiations from the University of Michigan.
