Himadri Thanki is a seasoned recruitment professional with over 5 years of experience in both tech and non-tech domains. She is currently working as a Senior Talent Executive - Placements at moolya, where she is responsible for client management and placements. Himadri believes in putting customers at the center of everything she does and diving into the problems that clients face to find the best talent. She is always up for new and challenging work that she has never done before. Himadri's journey began when she failed her Chartered Accountancy Exam, which made her realize that social work was her true calling. After finishing her master's degree, she worked with an NGO as a Project Lead for a project focused on child education. She had the opportunity to touch over 100 children and their parents from underprivileged backgrounds, which made her realize that she wanted to work in a position where she could have a direct impact on people's lives. Later, Himadri worked for a lady who donated to the scholarship fund and asked her if she wanted to work for her company. Himadri worked there for more than two years and had practiced practically every element of human resources. She is eternally grateful to her for providing her with the opportunity and allowing her to make a career change when she decided to pursue a career in recruitment. Himadri's belief about life is that if you give yourself enough chances and believe in yourself, there are a lot of wonderful people out there who are willing to support you and help you succeed. She is always up for new challenges and believes that failures are just stepping stones to success. In her past roles, Himadri worked as a Fulfillment Executive at moolya and a Human Resources Executive at Lodestone. At moolya, she was encouraged to think outside the box and shape her thought process. She aspires to be a leader someday and is always looking for opportunities to learn and grow.
