Currently working as a Recruiter at Playsimple Games, she is responsible for end-to-end tech and non-tech hiring. Himandri's experience includes sourcing candidates through networking, job sites, executive search, head-hunting, references, and social media recruiting. She has worked with various clients, including Nagarro, Landis Gyr, Newgen, Birch Street, NTT Data, and AVL India. Prior to her current role, Himandri worked as a Technical Recruiter at Analytics Vidhya, where she was responsible for full-cycle recruiting for various tech and non-tech roles. She also worked as a Management Trainee at Randstad India, where she handled end-to-end recruitment into the IT sector. Himandri holds a PGDM in Human Resources Management and Business Analytics from New Delhi Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics, Chemistry, and Math from Motilal Baburam Post Graduate College.
