Himanshi Mathur is an accomplished undergraduate student in Computer Science and Engineering at IIIT Delhi, with a passion for Social Network Analysis and Competitive Programming. She has a keen interest in interdisciplinary CS research and has actively pursued this through various sources, including Outreachy, Google Summer of Code, and Google Venkat Scholar. In addition to her academic pursuits, Himanshi is committed to the upliftment of women in technology and has been actively involved in this cause. She has also shown a keen interest in co-curricular activities like Badminton, Dancing, and heading various events in college. Currently, Himanshi is working as an SDE Intern at Amazon and has previously worked as a Google Summer of Code student for Open Bioinformatics Foundation. Her project aimed to create an API-compatible open-source implementation of Intel's proprietary SVML, which would be portable to other architectures and compilers. The implementation was vectorized when possible to provide good performance. Himanshi has also interned as a Technical Coordinator for the Nisan Road Safety and Awareness Drive, where she learned many new skills and technologies that can be used for social causes. Himanshi has a strong educational background, having completed her B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering from IIIT Delhi, and her high school education from Sarvodaya School in India. She also completed her 10th class from Vikas Bharati Public School. With 1.77 years of relevant experience, Himanshi has developed a diverse skill set that includes Software Engineering and Research Science. Her dedication to her field and passion for interdisciplinary research make her a valuable asset to any team she joins.
