Himanshu is a Senior Engineer at Fractal Analytics, India, with a passion for using information as a strategic resource in today's business world. He has completed his Masters in Information Management from the University of Washington, where he honed his data engineering skills. Himanshu has 4.86 years of relevant experience in the field. Before joining Fractal, Himanshu worked as a Data Engineer at Micron Technology, where he provided support for the Prepare for the IT Workplace Program (PREP for IT). This project was a preparation program to empower students with autism at the University of Washington who are pursuing information technology (IT) careers to secure, persist, and advance in employment in the IT workplace. His role involved providing support for the project team and participating in coordinating the program activities, data collection, data management, recruiting or overseeing the recruitment and interviewing of human subjects, preparing human subject applications, writing and editing reports, and manuscripts for publication or presentation, preparing progress reports/proposals, monitoring project budgets, and acting as a liaison between the project team and project partners. Himanshu also worked as a Data Analytics & Strategy Intern at Micron Technology, where he conducted qualitative and quantitative analysis on Atlas.ti to study Affinity Communities of Practice (ACoP) of Korean IT community gauging the question as to why population groups tend to form affinity communities of similar cultural and professional background outside their organizations to assist their professional growth. Himanshu completed his undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering from Maharashtra Institute of Technology from the University of Pune. He has a strong educational background, having completed his Masters in Management Information Systems, General from the University of Washington, and his Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Maharashtra Institute of Technology. Himanshu's tech stack includes Data Engineering, and he is always looking for new ways to use technology to solve complex business problems. He is a dedicated and hardworking individual who is constantly seeking new challenges and opportunities to grow and develop his skills.
