Himanshu Bisht is an experienced Senior Software Engineer with a strong background in System Administration and Monitoring. He has been in the industry for over 7 years and has recently shifted his focus towards the world of "Infrastructure as Code" and Cloud Computing. Himanshu is an AWS certified professional and a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®), making him a valuable asset to any team. Himanshu is highly regarded by his colleagues as a mentor and leader in his areas of expertise. He is the go-to person when production servers crash and need to be brought back online quickly. His primary skills include Server Administration (Ubuntu, RedHat, CentOs, and others), Cloud Computing Design and Implementation, DevOps: Continuous Delivery and Integration, Troubleshooting Applications (PHP, Ruby on Rails, and Java), and Application and Performance Monitoring. Himanshu has worked with several companies in the past, including ralali and lulu and sky brands pvt. ltd. In his previous roles, he has created, developed, and managed deployment architecture for applications, designed and improved operational processes, and created and maintained fully automated CI/CD pipelines for code deployment using CodeCommit, CodeDeploy, and CodePipeline. He has actively managed, improved, and monitored cloud infrastructure on AWS, EC2, S3, and RDS, including backups, patches, and scaling. Himanshu has also reduced costs by eliminating unnecessary servers, using SPOT instances, and consolidating databases. Himanshu graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Invertis University in 2014.
