Himanshu Gupta is a Co-Founder of QuickReply.ai, a WhatsApp Marketing & Automation Platform for online stores. With over 14 years of relevant experience, Himanshu is an expert in AI, product management, MongoDB, integration, mobile, microservices, and infra. Prior to QuickReply.ai, Himanshu was a Co-Founder of IntelliTicks, a next-generation conversational marketing and sales platform that helps fast-growing companies to convert their website traffic into customers in a personalized, effective, and scalable way using AI. At IntelliTicks, he created personalized dialogues based on visitors persona to engage and capture lead information, answered FAQs, and helped visitors to know about product/services. He also connected sales teams instantly over chat with hot leads when they were already in the context of the business and exploring. With IntelliTicks, Himanshu provided not just the platform, but AI services too. He created and tuned engaging dialogues, trained AI, and kept the AI fresh and learning. Before IntelliTicks, Himanshu was a Technical Consultant at MindTickle, where he developed cloud and mobile products used by sales teams of companies such as HP, Symantec, MongoDB, Avalara, and Nutanix. As a consultant, he was majorly involved in projects to make the platform enterprise-ready, such as creating a Roles and Permission framework to cater to the management hierarchy of enterprises and creating scripts to enable the growing team of 30+ engineers to be able to easily replicate the micro-services infrastructure of 20+ services with a single command. Himanshu holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. He also completed his AISSCE (Class XII) from DAV Public School and AISSE (Class X) from S. N. Sidheshwar Sr. Sec. Public School.
